Where does my order ship from?
All Vance & Court Hardware ships from within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of placing your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@vanceandcourt.com.
Can I return hardware I've already installed?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Manufacturing
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on installed hardware. If you're unsure about a finish or size, we recommend ordering a sample before committing to a full set.
What materials are your products made from?
All Vance & Court Hardware is crafted from solid metal — brass, stainless steel, or zinc alloy depending on the product. Finish details are listed on each product page.
Do your products come with mounting hardware?
Yes. Every pull and knob ships with mounting screws in multiple lengths to fit most standard cabinet doors and drawers.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
